[ Xiao's eyes widen. So someone noticed.... Wei Wuxian is an observant one, a lot sharper than one may think at a first glance. Xiao goes quiet, looks out at the ocean. ]

I can only hope it has, being in a foreign place such as this one. [ He frowns a little deeper. ] It is becoming harder to distance myself from other people, with how small the island is.
[ What a question. Xiao closes his eyes for a moment, thinks about what he wants to say. ]
I do not believe in interfering with the remains of the deceased. [ However... ] However, it is not my place to judge anyone for possessing such an ability, nor do I have any leg to stand on.
