[ It's typical for Wei Wuxian to be out until he comes back to either change or go to sleep. Now that he's finally taken the remaining bed for himself, it really is starting to feel much, much emptier inside of their cabana.
So, Wei Wuxian makes more of a point to spend a little bit more time inside, just on the off-chance Lacus happens to be there too. That's why he's laying on his newly-assigned bed, stretched out like a starfish and staring up a the ceiling. He looks up when he hears Lacus come in. ]
[ The space that had felt so cramped when they arrived should be just right now, but... Even a place as small as the cabana can manage to feel too big when there's inhabitants missing. There's no need to tiptoe around, trying to not trip over someone on the floor. Their few belongings fit easily. It's quiet during the day and at night, unless the Haros get prompted by something random.
It's... lonely. ]
Ah. The same goes to you.
[ She breaks into a smile when she doesn't find the place as empty as usual at this time. ]
... yes, indeed. It was a little fun, despite the discomfort. Like an endless sleepover.
[ Lacus sits down on her own bed, which sends the two Haros who were already on there bouncing. Mr. Pink hops on last. Last week, Lacus only had two Haros, but there's a navy blue one now that Wang Lu gave back to her. ]
At least we are gaining more and more robotic companions to make up for it. I hope 808 appreciates the company as well.

It's good to see you.

Enjoying your bed privileges?

As much as I can, considering the reason I have a bed now.
[ Wei Wuxian flops back again, letting out a sigh. ]
Here I am, wishing it was crowded in here again.
[ Despite Kallamar’s paranoia and Lobelia’s… everything. ]

[ He smiles, watching as the Haros bounce for a few moments before tilting his head. ]
That blue one. It's new, isn't it?

[ Mr. Pink has settled next to Navy, gently bonking against him. ]
It's good to have him here, Mr. Pink's surely been missing him! Though I do wonder... do they have all my Haro friends locked away somewhere here?
no subject
[ Not that Wang Lu wouldn’t, though. ]
I do have to wonder. It would be nice if they did, but that’s a lot for you to keep track of, too, isn’t it?
[ He could see it getting out of hand, but maybe she’s used to it. ]

Athrun always says so, too. Even though he's the one that made them!
[ Watching the little guys swarm their overwhelmed creator is extremely funny. ]
I like it, though. It makes my own house feel less empty, too. And they keep each other busy playing games, too.

[ He totally gets that. ]
I hope you at least join in on their games from time to time.

[ They've got all of this down to a science. ]
The size difference is a bit of a problem in playing tag, but things like hide and seek can be quite amusing!

I can imagine. It’s been a long time since I’ve played hide and seek, but if the lot of you start up a game, I’ll participate.

[ Though maybe they should get some of the others to join in... Hmm. ]
... what a strange situation it is. Two of our roommates have passed away, and here we are discussing children's games. Life always goes on, huh?

That it does. We do no favors for the dead by being miserable. We owe it to them to carry forward, whether or not we fully move on.
[ At least… that’s how he feels, and how he’s dealt with his own losses. ]
